Hello folks, there are several ways to check O2 balance. You can use My O2 App or dial the credit enquiry number *#10#. You can also call 4444 or manage your O2 SIM online at the official website. If you use pay as you go or monthly contract sim and facing any issue then you can contact customer support as mentioned below in the article.
Use My O2 App
Apps are great, we love them! Your telecom operator has provided you with an official mobile app to manage your SIM. You can also download it from the following link.

This mobile app will allow you to check your balance, recharge online, manage addon and others O2 number-related tasks. There are loads of features available, whether you’re on Pay As You Go or Pay Monthly. The app isn’t available for O2 Business customers at the moment.
Via MMI/USSD Code
Alternatively, you can dial the following MMI/USSD code number to check your O2 balance. The best thing about USSD code is that you don’t need Internet connectivity on your mobile set and you won’t be charged for it.

You can also know your O2 balance by giving a miss call to following inquiry number. You just have to click on the following number to dial it.

Your call will be automatically disconnected. After a few seconds, you’ll receive a text response from your Telecom operator with sim card balance and validity details.
O2 Balance Enquiry via TEXT!
If you want to know your remaining amount in O2 number then type the following text and send it mobile operator. Not known yet. Once there is any information, we’ll update it here.

You can also check your O2 balance online using Mac, PC or any device. The first thing you have to do is to register your number at the official website.

After creating an account online, you can log in online anytime to know your balance, minutes, credits and validity etc.
